Zero-Max Schmidt Offset Coupling偏置联轴器(L200、L300)产品特点：

l Zero-Max Schmidt Offset Coupling偏置联轴器(L200系列、L300系列),为平行偏置轴提供*大的精度。

l 传递常量在大范围的平行轴未对准中的角速度和扭矩,不对轴或轴承施加侧载荷，并消除径向轴振动。增加偏移不会造成性能损失,紧凑的设计节省了空间。

案例：

步骤1。列出性能要求

l 马力H=55（HP）

l 轴转速N=1000（RPM）

l B-10轴承寿命B-10=25000（HRS）

l 与固定轴的偏移PH=2（英寸）

l 可变偏移（如果需要）PA=5（英寸）

步骤2。选择具有所需偏移特性的联轴器。

l 所有偏置联轴器都具有*小偏置（Smin）和*大偏置（Smax）和轴位移的*大线性范围（Sml）。

l 适用于轴之间保持偏移距离的应用固定，只需选择偏移量大于Smin的联轴器小于Smax。

l 适用于轴偏移距离在操作过程中发生变化，选择线性范围为位移小于Sml。

l 注意：轴在任何时候都不能以大于Smax也不小于Smin的间隔。使用所有Sml，X（见下图）必须等于Smin，PH必须等于PA/2。查阅第6页的尺寸表

步骤3。从右侧图表中选择寿命速度系数“L”。

对于N=1000（RPM）和B10=（25000）（HRS）L=6.034

步骤4。计算所需的性能系数Pr=H/L=55/6.034=9.115

步骤5。将所需性能系数“Pr”与性能数据上列出的耦合性能系数“P”表。选择一个具有等于或较高的“P”因子为“Pr”。联轴器尺寸L280C满足以下要求。

步骤6。比较实际限速（参见性能数据第6页的表格）。数据表明，耦合尺寸L280C可以以1500转/分运行。

步骤7。从第11页的图表中选择集线器（如果需要）。
